Job Title:
AmeriCorps (Farmer's Market Research Assistant)
Job Description:
This temporary part-time position is responsible for coordination of the Senior Farmers Market Program and assisting with health promotion, grant research and various office duties.
- Essential Duties:
- Distributes Farmers Market vouchers and nutrition information, and review client information.
- Data entry.
- Assist with the recruitment of volunteers.
- Assist program directors with volunteer orientation.
- Assist in providing comprehensive list of client needs.
- Assist with special projects, AOE, Catholic Heart Work Camp, etc.
- Organize volunteer program information including data entry.
- Consult on health education programming within the agency, i.e. nutrition sites.
- Conduct research upon request or as needed.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- The individual will be working at REAL Services (South Bend office).
