Business Analyst Internship
Job Description:
This position will require the intern to assist in the development of a business plan. The intern will research the target markets and develop a description, needs assessment and sizing of the target markets. They will need to research competitive offers and conduct an analysis of gaps and opportunities. They will need to formulate a competitive description of the ProLogic offer components. An analysis of pricing strategies available in the marketplace will be completed and a proposed pricing strategy will be developed. At the completion of this project, the intern will have written and submitted the described sections of the business plan. Fall 2008.
- Project description:
- Business development activities associated with researching the areas of critical infrastructure protection and energy consumption as it relates to the sensor systems.
- Qualifications:
- Obtaining formal education in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field required.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical, organizational, time and project management skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret information and rewrite accurately and simply for all audiences.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
- Junior level credits.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Location: Purdue Technology Center of NWI, Merrillville, IN
- Reports to: Managing Director, ProLogic, Inc.
