Job Description:
Monkeyhouse Marketing and Design is currently seeking a part-time intern for the fall semester to develop and lead marketing efforts for a teen publication. Intern will be responsible for:

• Meeting one-on-one with local schools and contacts to increase participation and visibility of publication.
• Prospecting leads for sales staff.
• Meeting with sponsors.
• Enhancing distribution of publication.
• Collaborating with local media contacts.
• Writing press releases.
• Assisting in ad design and layouts.
• Assisting in the redesign and revision of publication materials.

Juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in marketing, public relations, business management or related field are preferred. Students must have excellent communication, organizational, and computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills as well as self-motivated with reliable transportation. This is an unpaid internship.
