Professional Activities:
Dr. Scott joined IUN in 1982. He teaches in the areas of Organization Behavior, e-Strategy, Organization Theory, and Strategy and Policy. Dr. Scott has published his research work in journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Risk and Insurance, Journal of Applied Mgt & Entrepreneurship, Journal of Insurance Issues & Practices. He has been the Director of the Small Business Institute for 11 years, serving approximately 125 small businesses in the Lake & Porter County area.
