- DR. ANDREA E.C. GRIFFIN is our new Assistant Professor of Management in the School of Business and Economics! (She is the replacement faculty member for Dr. Cuthbert “Bert” Scott III who retired this past October.) We are very excited to have Dr. Griffin as a member of our faculty, as she brings her expertise in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, and Principles of Management to the classroom. Dr. Griffin comes to us from the College of Business Administration at Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI) and has also taught at Texas A & M University. Her research interests include: Emotional Labor and Emotional Display Rules within Organizations, Organizational Socialization and Organizational Identity and Image. Dr. Griffin will certainly bring a wide variety of expertise to her courses!! She will be instructing BUS Z440 and BUS X405 this Fall. Please welcome her when you see her on campus!
