The MBA program focuses on blending the ethical and social responsibilities
of leadership into the curriculum. These are the skills that
will make you competitive in today's business environment. New students
are expected to have a working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office.
Many of your courses will make use of software applications such as
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word as well as the Internet.
Students are not required to own a computer but it is strongly suggested.
For students who need computer training, we suggest you take advantage
of the self-tutorials available on CD-ROM at our bookstore or enroll
in several of the free computer training seminars offered on campus.
New students will be advised of their options when they meet with the
Graduate Director once they have been admitted.
Students may be waived from the foundation courses based on their undergraduate
coursework. Call the School of Business & Economics for an evaluation
of your transcripts to find out which classes will be waived.
