As members of a student-centered campus, we make the commitment to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assistance in support of the University’s Shared Vision, Values, and Strategic Outcomes.
ADA Accessibility
The
Office of the Bursar and Parking Services is dedicated to providing
excellent customer service to all students of IU Northwest. Those
individuals who are wheel chair users will be offered equal access to
our services in the main lobby of Hawthorn Hall. These individuals
should proceed to one of our open service windows and let one of our
associates know if they need assistance and would like us
to come into the lobby to serve them.

Paying Your Bill
- The payment process is relatively easy. We offer many services to
help you manage your student account.
- After you register, a bill will be processed. The bill will include
both tuition and fees for the semester, list any financial aid credited
to your account, and give your payment due date.
- To print or view your

- Click to the Self Service Link on the left side of
page
- Go to Services and Information
- Under Financials Click View/Pay Bursar Bill
- Click Make

- You can elect to enroll in a payment
plan (personal deferment) with two or three payments spread
over the course of the semester.
- Whether or not you enroll in a payment plan, you can pay your bill
by credit card, check, money order, or cash. We accept payments in person,
by mail, in our payment drop-box, or on-line. Our doors open at 8 a.m. We close at 5 p.m.
on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 6 p.m. on Monday and Thursday
to help make paying your bill easier. Our payment drop slot is located next to the Office of the Bursar payment windows in the Hawthorn Hall lobby.
- If you withdraw from a course by the stated deadline and you qualify
for a refund, we can issue your refund by
check or using direct deposit.
- You will be financially responsible for the classes in which you registered unless you withdraw during the 100% refund period.

Check Your Bursar Account Status Online
In the Fall of 2004, Indiana University moved to OneStart,
a Web-based application portal that provides a common front door to online
services at all IU campuses. OneStart offers
easier and more direct access to the multitude of services available
for students, faculty, and staff. In OneStart you can:
- Check your bursar account status
- Print your Account Statement
- Review your financial aid awards
Bookstore information:
As of July 1, 2007 the ownership and operation of the bookstore has
transferred from Indiana University to Barnes and Noble.
Payment for textbooks
is expected at the time of purchase by cash, personal check or credit card.
Book vouchers are not
available.
