We strongly believe that, as consumers/customers, students and their parents have very specific rights concerning faculty sexual harassment/sexual misconduct. We have prepared a separate Bill of Rights for both students and parents.

           | Students Bill of Rights | Parents of Students Bill of Rights |

Our research indicates that college students and their parents place a very high value on all of the rights contained in these documents. Unfortunately, most colleges do not acknowledge or respect the consumer rights of students and their parents.

We have been unable to find any college or university in this country willing to guarantee the Bill of Rights for either students or parents. We challenge all academic institutions to endorse these documents and develop effective policies and procedure to protect student civil rights.

Whenever a college or university genuinely endorses and implements the Bill of Rights for students and parents, we will prominently recognize them in this Website and actively encourage enrollment at that institution. Please keep us posted about progress and successes at your school.

No institution qualifies

We emphatically recommend that all college students and their parents demand that academic administrators respect their rights as consumers and guarantee a learning environment that is free of faculty sexual harassment/sexual misconduct. If an institution is unwilling to endorse or discuss your Bill of Rights, we recommend that you take your tuition dollars elsewhere.

When sufficient numbers of students and parents demand that their consumer rights be respected, colleges and universities will have no choice but to comply. Otherwise, the loss of enrollment and tuition income could quickly result in bankruptcy!
