IU Northwest Loses To 5th Ranked Indiana Wesleyan 76-54.

The Redhawks stayed close to Indiana Wesleyan for a half. The score at half-time was IWU 36 - IU Northwest 31. Early in the second half, the Redhawks cut the lead to 3 with 16 minutes remaining in the game. IU Northwest was down by 12 with 12 minutes remaining, and cut the lead to single digits numerous times. With 5 minutes to play IWU hit 3 consecutive jump shots to push the lead to 17. The Redhawks fought back, but never threatened the rest of the way. IU Northwest had balanced scoring with 6 players scoring between 7 and 11 points. IU Northwest could not compete inside with 6'9" Zack Coverstone who scored 21 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
