B. Change hands of secretary to Mara Brie Deckter and Jennifer St. Germain if she would like to share the responsibility.

C. Reverse of officer titles among Torie Lacny and Michelle Ahlfeld; Torie is now the President and Michelle is the VP of the Anthro Club.

III. Darwin Days

C. Larry Chupak- discussing forensic astronomy

D. emails have been sent out, send out one the Prof. Kern (history)

E. look into the possibility of a Darwin T-shirt

IV. Book sale

A. Date: March 29 th - April 2 nd , 2004

B. Book buying husband and wife team are interested in helping out the Sunday before in order to have first crack at the book selection.

V. Spring Break trip to the Mounds in S. Illinois

VI. Email list development for minutes, perhaps link to newsletter

VII. Anthro Club t-shirts

A. Can they be printed by the time of the book sale?

B. Possibly 3 t-shirts; logo shirt, Darwin Day shirt, and a book sale t-shirt

VIII. Anthro club donation of movies/ DVD's for anthro classes and staff teaching purposes; faculty "wish list"

-Make sure that the club has ample amount of money for different purposes

IX. Voted on having Kathy Forgey purchase a digital camera- apprx $250 With perhaps sound and motion option, but also a camera bag

X  Discussion of anthro club scholarships

A. Problem with Clark Johnson Memorial student scholarship; affecting the student's financial aid (Jennifer St. Germain and Tina Spivak)

B. have changed it to an academic scholarship during the Honors Tea

C. field school scholarship $500

D. Ongoing money for students to attend anthro conferences

E. "outstanding anthro student" award

F. Do we want any more awards given to students? At Honor tea?

XI. AAA guide purchased- bob Mucci

XII. Archaeology Institute of America online

XIII. Cara Spicer working at Field Museum in an Urban renewal project

A. Spoke to author of Death by Theory; Adrian Praetzellis at Sonoma State U.

B. CCUC (Center for Cultural Understanding and Change) is offering a summer internship program
