A. Digital Camera
1) We could record and take pictures of our events to post them on our
web site.
2) In the process of investigating for possible suggestions
for digital cameras

B. Bylaws
1) Club needs a standard copy
(a) Copy will be picked up from Student Life
C. Stipend award given to students for conferences
1) Reimburse students for Leakey Conference attended on October 11,
2003
(a) Voted and approved
2) Stipend is on going if students are going to attend a conference
or event pertaining to anthropology please submit. One of our goals is
to help students attend as many academic meetings as possible.
3) Idea
was brought up that maximum amount be allotted to students to cover
gas mileage .35 cents standard per mile; and present receipts for meals
in the application
(a)this will not surpass amounts already stated in the award
(b) this
idea presented has not yet been voted on
D. Book Sale Bags
1) Club talked to IUN bookstore about purchasing our own bags for the
book sale
2) Canvas bags priced at less than $3
(a) our club could pay to put our logo on them
3) Designer of the $1 bill flyers for this years book sale said she
could format the design to put on tee shirts and possibly bags for next
semester
4) Idea brought up to purchase large for wheel cart to transport
books for book sale
(a) we barrowed one this semester and it was much easier
(b) proposal

E. Fall 2003 Book Sale
1) Club surpassed last semesters totals we sold roughly 3,000 Books
this year!
(a) estimate of roughly $3,900 from this year's book sale
(b) Roughly
$11,500 combining petty cash and deposits into the account from the book
sale
F. Web Designer
1) Idea proposed to appoint Mike the clubs webmaster so ideas for web
site can be submitted to him
