I. Financial Report

A. Money taken from account with unknown names was corrected

1) 9-30-03 ending balance $6,837.13
2) Annual report from 10-01-02 through 9-30-03
3) Grand total $7,748.19

II. Book Sale

A. Tables located and should be held

1) Meet Sunday Oct. 26 th to set up around 1:00 pm

B. Flyers look great! ($1 dollar bill with books in the background.)

1) Maybe next year include date on flyer b/c people still asking where IUN is located

III. Tape recorders

A. Circuit City ran out of recorders and they will not be received.

IV. Habitat for Humanity

A. Check was written for $200.00

1) Will be given to Linda Anderson in student services with letter from us attached.

V. Anth Logo Contest

A. Advisors and Officers will be the judging committee. (If you are and advisor or an officer and you submit you will not be on the committee)

1) Final stipulations are being written up
2) Artist acknowledged in writing but not on the design
3) It may be printed on tee-shirts, bags, mugs
4) Description of 4 subfields will be included in stipulations the artist is asked to include one or all in monochrome color.
5) Published in Phoenix # of times to increase submission
6) $50.00 award to winner

VI. We are still not spending enough money. Do we want a BIG name speaker?
