Adult Students

If you're thinking about going back to school or enrolling for the first time, at IU Northwest you'll find a comfortable campus environment, flexible scheduling, other students just like you, and personal attention from faculty who care about your success. You can:

  • Work towards a degree or take a few classes to increase your opportunities for job promotions
  • Enroll in day, evening, and weekend classes, or in the Swing Shift College
  • Put your mind at ease and trust your children to our on-campus Child Care Center

We'll help you through services like:

How to Become a Student at IU Northwest

  1. Complete the admission application (you can apply online right now).
  2. Send your nonrefundable $25 application fee, payable to the Office of the Bursar.
  3. Ask any colleges you have attended to send us your transcripts.
  4. If you have earned fewer than 26 college credit hours, have your official high school record sent to the Office of Admissions.
  5. Apply for financial aid.
