Visit the Writing Center
The Writing Center at IU Northwest is a free service that provides students with the opportunity to receive individualized advice and guidance during the composition of papers for a variety of classes. In many subjects, writing is the most important medium by which a student will be expected to display his/her understanding of course materials. The consultants at the Writing Center are from a variety of disciplines and are able to assist students with all facets of the writing process, including generating and expanding on ideas, anticipating and addressing objections to those ideas, and organizing information so that it is logical and easy to understand. We can even help with grammar.
Consultants are also available to make presentations to classes about services offered by the Writing Center.
