Report a problem
We apologize for any problems you may be experiencing and want you to know we will quickly get to work to correct them.
The notification process is quick and simple:
- Contact the IT Support Center.
- Provide the following information
- The room number where you experienced the problem.
- Your user ID and Phone number.
- Description of your issue.
That’s it! You will receive an email acknowledging your service request. In some cases, we may need to contact you for additional information.
