Instructional Media Services
The Instructional Media Services Department (IMS) provides media support services including Distributive (Distance) Education for the campus.Equipment Resources
Audio visual equipment is scheduled on a first come first served basis and MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE of the need for that equipment.
Equipment may be picked up or delivered to the classroom during normal Instructional Media Services hours. If the need arises, we will try to accommodate requests for equipment and services at other than our regularly scheduled times; however, such requests must be made AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. The different types of projection, audio, video and computer equipment available are listed on the Equipment Requests form listed above.
