Here are a few of the campus programs, activities, and resources that might interest you. Art Galleriesvisit one of the two art galleries located on campus. Athleticscome out and watch our RedHawk athletic teams compete in men's and women's basketball, men's and women's golf, men's baseball, and women's volleyball. Look at IU Northwest's additional calendars for other events at the Savannah Center, and with RedHawk athletics. Fitness Centertake advantage of the gymnasium, fitness/wellness room, locker rooms, indoor track, and dance/aerobics areas located in the Savannah Center. Membership is reasonably priced for community members. Human Resourceslearn why IU Northwest is a major employer in the Northwest Indiana region. Kids Collegeenroll your children in this summer program for children ages 7 through 16. We offer more than 60 classes and students get to write television commercials, go on archeological digs, and make scientific slime. Librarytake advantage of the IU Northwest Library, which, like all IU libraries, is open to all Indiana citizens. Noncredit Classesenroll in classes like basic computing, Web design, and Spanish for adults. We also offer fun and educational children's classes and summer programs. Theatre Northwestenjoy performances and participate in our campus productions. WIUN - Streamed RadioThis station is for and about our campus and the communities which IU Northwest serves -- which is why we are now recruiting students, staff, and members of neighboring communities to contribute news, programs and announcements.
