Lost or Stolen Card
If you suspect your RedHawk to be lost or stolen, and to avoid fraudulent charges to your account, you should deactivate your card immediately, contact Campus Card Services immediately at 219-980-6622 or email us at email@example.com during business hours.
To deactivate your RedHawk, go to Transaction History. Under the "Cardholder Information" section click the "Lost or stolen RedHawk Card" link to enable the deactivation.
If you suspect that your card has been stolen, please file a police report with the Campus Police.
If you've lost your RedHawk Card, simply bring a photo ID and $25 to the Office of Student Accounts, Hawthorn Hall 109 during business hours.
Once you have paid for your replacement card, the Office of Student Accounts will reissue your card.
A $10 replacement fee will need to be paid before a new card can be issued if your card is damaged, a updated photo is requested or you need to have your name updated because of an official name change.
Lost and/or damaged cards cannot be charged to IU accounts.
