The Center for Urban and Regional Excellence (CURE) at Indiana University Northwest is committed to providing fun, educational programs and opportunities for youth in our community through our Kids College. We are currently in the process of finalizing the details of the classes and workshops that will be offered through Kids College this fall and winter, so please check back in mid-August for more information.

In cooperation with the Institute for Reading Development, a reading skills program is being offered to students who are 4 years old to 11th grade. There are different programs based on age level and are offered in Highland and Portage. The program promotes phonics, comprehension, vocabulary, study skills, and speed of reading.
