Tenure-track Assistant Professor of Chemistry

Indiana University Northwest, August 2013. A PhD in Chemistry plus teaching and ability to develop a strong and visible research program is required. The specific sub discipline is open but the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching organic and biochemistry as well as mentoring students conducting research at the undergraduate level. The department is certified by the American Chemical Society.  IUN, located in the greater Chicago area, is one of eight campuses of Indiana University. The campus has a population of 6,000 students and offers Baccalaureate and Master degrees in a variety of academic disciplines.
