Title IX

Title IX:  Sex Discrimination, Harassment, and Assault

Reports of sex discrimination, harassment or sexual violence, or any information related to such an incident, must be reported immediately and directly to the IU Northwest Title IX Deputy Coordinator, identified below.  The IU Northwest Title IX Deputy Coordinator is responsible for overseeing IU Northwest's response to all Title IX complaints and reports, and ensuring that the appropriate designated campus officials are involved in investigating and adjudicating such complaints according to IU Northwest's applicable policies and procedures.

If you have a complaint against an IU Northwest faculty, staff member, student or visitor for sexual harassment, sex discrimination, sexual assault, or sexual violence you should contact the Director of Affirmative Action & Employment Practices.  The Director of Affirmative Action & Employment Practices is responsible for Title IX compliance for matters involving faculty, staff, and students, including training, education, communication, and administration of the grievance procedure for all complaints against faculty, staff, students and visitors.
