The Search and Screen Process was extensively revised in 2010. An updated guide was produced by the Office of Affirmative Action in consulation with Human Resources and the Office of Academic Affairs. The guide should be used as a guideline for the Search Committee Chairperson and the Equity Advisor committee member and contains details on the entire process.
Topics include how the electronic recruitment authorization process works (including electronic routing of documents, and accessing the e-docs), information on creating search and screen committees and their responsibilities throughout the search, and copies of the forms used during the search process.
