Faculty Organization. The Organization will not meet this month.
Faculty Representation on the Board of Trustees. Members of various unions recently met with the Governor's Education Aide and discussed the issue. Vinodogopal will prepare a resolution for the January Faculty Organization meeting.
Committee Reports.
A. Parking Committee. Reports that all parking appeals have been resolved.
B. Black History Month Committee. The Executive Committee will request an updated report.
C. Affirmative Action. The issue of student harassment of faculty was discussed. The Committee will consult with the Student Affairs Committee.
Correspondence.
A. Faculty on Administrative Committees. In response to an Executive Committee request, a preliminary list of faculty serving on administratively appointed committees was received from the Interim Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.
B. Technology Council. A memorandum from the Council was presented and discussed.
C. Correspondence received from a student's parent was discussed.
