IU Board of Trustees comes to Northwest campus

Public meetings scheduled for June 21 and 22

The Indiana University Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday and Friday, June 21 and 22, in Room 105 of the John W. Anderson Library / Conference Center at IU Northwest in Gary, Ind.

Public Meeting Schedule

Thursday, June 21

• 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.: Finance and Audit Committee (John W. Anderson Library Conference Center, Room 105)

• 1:15 p.m. – 3:15 p.m.: Facilities Committee (John W. Anderson Library Conference Center, Room 105)

• 3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m.: External Relations Committee (John W. Anderson Library Conference Center, Room 105). Chancellor William J. Lowe will be giving a brief presentation to the Board about the IU Northwest campus.

Friday, June 22

• 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Academic Affairs Committee (John W. Anderson Library Conference Center, Room 105)

• 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.: Business Meeting (John W. Anderson Library Conference Center, Room 105)

All meetings will be on Central Daylight Time.

The Board of Trustees is Indiana University's governing board, its legal owner and final authority. The board holds the university's financial, physical and human assets and operations in trust for future generations. Its membership, terms of office, responsibilities, powers and electoral procedures are governed by the Indiana Code.
