The Indiana University Northwest Health and Wellness Center will be offering free seasonal flu vaccines for students, faculty and staff while supplies last. Free vaccinations will be offered at the clinic, located on the north end of the Dunes Medical/Professional building, room 1027. Since many students in the College of Health and Human Services are required to have vaccinations before October 1, the following dates have been reserved for CHHS students only: All IU Northwest students, staff and faculty are invited to have their flu shots on the following dates: Walk-ins are accepted. All students, faculty and staff should bring their campus identification with them to the clinic. Employees with IU health plans will be asked to provide their policy number so that the clinic can receive reimbursement through University Human Resources. Everyone is asked to arrive at the clinic at least 15 minutes prior to closing time so that clinic personnel can accommodate all vaccination requests. Supplies of the seasonal flu vaccine are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals not able to come to the clinic during the designated times are encouraged to make an appointment at the IU Northwest Health and Wellness Clinic.
