The Indiana University Northwest Health and Wellness Center has received a limited supply of the seasonal flu vaccine for students, faculty and staff. Free vaccinations will be offered at the clinic, located in Dunes Medical/Professional building, room 1027. The clinic will accept walk-in appointments to administer the seasonal flu vaccine at the following times: All students, faculty and staff should bring their campus identification with them to the clinic. Employees with IU health plans will be asked to provide their policy number so that the clinic can receive reimbursement through University Human Resources. Everyone is asked to arrive at the clinic at least 15 minutes prior to closing time so that clinic personnel can accommodate all vaccination requests. Supplies of the seasonal flu vaccine are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals not able to come to the clinic during the designated times are encouraged to make an appointment at the IU Northwest Health and Wellness Clinic.
