As members of a student-centered campus, we make the commitment to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assistance in support of the University’s Shared Vision, Values, and Strategic Outcomes.

ADA Accessibility

The Office of the Bursar and Parking Services is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all students of IU Northwest.  Those individuals who are wheel chair users will be offered equal access to our services in the main lobby of Hawthorn Hall. These individuals should proceed to one of our open service windows and let one of our associates know if they need assistance and would like us to come into the lobby to serve them.

Paying Your Bill

  • The payment process is relatively easy. We offer many services to help you manage your student account.
  • After you register, a bill will be processed. The bill will include both tuition and fees for the semester, list any financial aid credited to your account, and give your payment due date.
    • To print or view your bill on-line
      • Login to OneStart
      • Click to the Self Service Link on the left side of page
      • Go to Services and Information
      • Under Financials Click View/Pay Bursar Bill
      • Click Make Payment in the message board
      • Click Pay by the Northwest campus selection
  • You can elect to enroll in a payment plan (personal deferment) with two or three payments spread over the course of the semester.
  • Whether or not you enroll in a payment plan, you can pay your bill by credit card, check, or money order.  We accept payments in person, by mail, in our payment drop-box, or on-line. Our doors open at 8 a.m. We close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 6 p.m. on Monday and Thursday to help make paying your bill easier. Our payment drop slot is located next to the Office of the Bursar payment windows in the Hawthorn Hall lobby.
  • If you withdraw from a course by the stated deadline and you qualify for a refund, we can issue your refund by check or using direct deposit.
