Mission

The Black Student Union is an Organization designed to enhance the educational and social experience of minority students and is the basis of minority awareness at Indiana University Northwest.

Profile

The Black Student Union has committed much time and effort into making the motto, " Learn and Return", a reality by encouraging young blacks to enroll in higher education programs. Aside from sponsoring a number of educational and social activities within the University, The Black Student Union serves as an ambassador for the University in the local community. The BSU is concerned with the welfare of the community of which it is a part and aids the community with numerous fundraisers and social activities.
